Shipping Policy
Shipping Prices of all REAll products are added at checkout. The prices are for "tracked and signed" and will differ depending on country. If you are shipping abroad there may be tariffs that you will have to pay.
Your product should arrive within 3-10 business days depending on country. You will receive shipping updates and a tracking number via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your order can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We’ll take the date on your receipt as a starting point. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
The following applies to all items: we can only take them back if they’re returned in the same condition as they were sent and if they’re also unopened, still in the original packaging and unworn.
Incomplete returns or items that have been worn or washed won’t be accepted. If you have items from multiple orders that you’d like to send back, please make sure to let us know when you contact us for the return.
