  • What Personal Information Does REALL Collect?
    REAll only collects information to help us run the site and process your orders. We value our customers privacy and do NOT allow any third party sites access to your information apart from our payment services. You can find more information about this under our store policy.
  • Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
    No, you don’t need to have an account to place an order. Once entering the checkout choose to proceed as a guest. Please make sure you fill out a shipping address and contact details.
  • What Is Delivery Time & Cost?
    Our orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after the order is confirmed and can take an average of 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on the country. Shipping costs depend on the shipping location and can be seen at checkout. You may find that buying one or two units have the same shipping costs, this is due to the shipping price being dependant on the weight and size of the order. These are measured in different groupings. In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly. General delays may also appear on the website.
  • In Case of a Return, Will I Receve a Refund on the Shipping Cost?"
    Postage will not be refunded in the case of a return.
  • Can I Exchange My Product(s)?
    Right now, we don’t have an exchange service. If you’d like the item in a different colour or a different size, the best thing to do is to place a new order. Any item can be returned within 14 days after you’ve received the order, if it has not been worn and is in the original packaging. Once it has been returned, you’ll receive an email confirmation and you’ll be refunded within 15 business days.
  • How Can I Create an Account?
    To create an account, you click on the profile image on the top right of the website. Click the ‘Sign up’ button then you can then create an account following the instructions.
  • What Payment Methods Can I Use?
    When you shop with us online, you can use the following payment methods: - Mastercard - VISA - American Express - Union Pay - Apple Pay To make sure you are you, the name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. It’s within our rights to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
  • How Can I Return an Item?
    If you need to return an Item send us an email: office@reallclothing.com and we will get back to you with the details.
  • Can I Cancel My Order?
    We try to ship your order(s) as fast as we can. Therefore our window to cancel is pretty small. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of our website as soon as you can (within 1 hour after placing the order would be perfect) and we will get back to you.
  • What is the Return Policy?
    Your order can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We’ll take the date on your receipt as a starting point. The following applies to all items: we can only take them back if they’re returned in the same condition as they were sent and if they’re also unopened, still in the original packaging and unworn. Incomplete returns or items that have been worn or washed won’t be accepted.
  • What Is REAll's Quality Control?
    Our manufacturers have a packing list and quality control form which is completed before dispatch. This is sent to us to inspect and comment. When we receive the delivery we check every item to ensure the high standards that REAll Clothing represent.
  • How Can I Track My Order?
    Anything order-related can always be found on your account under "My Orders". If the order has been shipped already, you can trace your parcel with a tracking number. You will receive this number via email.
